Expo 1906

Expo 1906 was a world exhibition that took place in 1906 in Milan. Attendance record of 4,012,776 visitors. It covered an area of 250 acres.
The exhibition opened on April 28, 1906, and continued until October 31 of the same year, and witnessed the opening of the Simplon Tunnel. The exhibition was held in Sempione Park and Piazza d’Armi. The exhibition featured fine arts, engineering and industries side by side. Many countries from Western Europe, China, Japan, Turkey, the United States, Canada, and several South American countries contributed.
